IANAL, aber setzt der Tatbestand der Raubkopie nicht voraus, dass jemandes Copyright verletzt worden ist? Was wiederum voraussetzt, dass das jeweilige Recht den Begriff des Copyrights ueberhaupt kennt.
Und da (IANAH, I am not a historian) melde ich mal Zweifel an.

(Mir ist schon klar, was das ganze bezwecken soll. Nur ist die Aussage des Posters dann nicht ueberzogen, sondern schlicht falsch)

IANAH/L either, aber: es gab auch Damals schon so etwas wie Urheberrecht, wenngleich man es Damals wohl nicht so bezeichnet hätte. Man durfte keineswegs einfach so Bücher abschreiben oder kopieren. Gutenberg hat sich aber darüber hinweg gesetzt. Die Frage wäre doch, was für Rechte man heute alles Brechen würde, wenn man so ein Verfahren entwickelt (Patente?) und durch die Verbreitung von Büchern bekannt und Sinnvoll macht (Copyright?) Von daher...
